yes all that – to make your own:
1. find a really really small size photo
2. using a dull x-acto cut into really really really tiny bits
3. apply 2-sided tape to black card stock
4. stick the really really really tiny bits onto step 3
5. at this point you should have a small sticky mess
6. scan,manipulate and post
